IMPLEMENTING RULES & REGULATIONS OF REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9646, KNOWN AS THE "REAL ESTATE SERVICE ACT OF THE PHILIPPINES"

Pursuant to Section 5, (J), Article II and Section 42, Article V of Republic Act No. 9646, "An Act Regulating the Practice of Real Estate Service in the Philippines, Creating for the Purpose a Professional Regulatory Board of Real Estate Service, Appropriating Funds Therefor and for Other Purposes", the Professional Regulatory Board of Real Estate Service, hereinafter called as the Board, after the review and approval by the Professional Regulation Commission, hereinafter referred to as the Commission, hereby adopts, issues, and promulgates this resolution embodying Implementing Rules and Regulations to carry out, administer, and enforce the provisions of R.A. No. 9646.
